Addiction
No one is alone when it comes to this subject.
But the good news is that we are never alone in the fight to overcome.
Jesus said, I am with you and I will never leave you.
He told us that we are his sons and daughters and we are Loved unconditionally.

Children
"But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me,
and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. Verily I say unto you,
Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no
wide enter therein. " Bible, St. Luke 18:16-19

Colds, Lungs, Upper Respiratory
"Too much going on at once. Mental confusion, disorder. Small hurts.
"I get three colds every winter," type of belief.
New Thought Pattern:
'I allow my mind to relax and be at peace.
Clarity and harmony are within me and around me. All is well.'"

Facing Life
"That I may know the Truth
'But the Comforter, whom the Father will send in my name,
he shall teach you all things.' Bible, Jn 14:26

Jesus had already referred to this Comforter as "The Spirit of Truth"
which would guide us into all Truth. Let us today set aside all pride
and humbly ask that the Spirit of Truth teach us all that we need to know.
Father, whatever it is in my thinking that is causing me to feel separated
from Good, whatever darkness in my consciousness that is manifesting
itself in this seeming illness in my body, I know it is not of Thee.
It has no power in my life. I would see my secret sins (mistakes)
revealed to me and know the Truth about them that sets me free.
'God is Light and in Him is no darkness at all.' I am now ready to let that
Light shine in the dark places in my life, illuminating them once and for all,
that I may express more Truth in my life, I am willing to see all my little
hates and fears, prejudices and irritations, brought into the Light and clarified.
I would be guided into all Truth. I would know Thee only.
I would be healed first within, that I may express
Thee better in my outer life. And so it is." Your Needs Met, pg 57
